Rolling bearings produce noise for more complex reasons, one of them is the bearing inner and outer ring with surface wear. Bearing wear loose, cage loose damage, will also produce abnormal noise.

When the body is in operation, a certain temperature is allowed in the part where the bearing is installed. When you touch the shell of the body with your hand, it should not feel hot as normal, otherwise it indicates that the bearing temperature is too high.

The reasons for high bearing temperature are: the quality of lubricating oil does not meet the requirements or deterioration, the viscosity of lubricating oil is too high; the mechanism is assembled too tight (insufficient clearance); the bearing is assembled too tight; the bearing seat ring is rotating on the shaft or in the shell; the load is too large; the bearing cage or rolling body is broken, etc.

Shaft and bearing chamber tolerance selection and control: bearing pressed into the bearing should rotate flexibly without blocking feeling. If there is obvious rotation inflexibility, it indicates that the size of the shaft is too large and the tolerance should be adjusted downwards. If the high-temperature bearing is pressed into the shaft, there is an obvious "rustling" feeling when it is turned by hand, it may be that the shaft tolerance is too large or the roundness of the shaft is not good. So in the control of good shaft and bearing room tolerances should also control the roundness, at present many domestic manufacturers only on the tolerance control, no control of roundness.

Because bearings are high-precision products, improper assembly can easily cause damage to the bearing grooves and lead to bearing damage. Bearings should be assembled with special moulds and not knocked at will. Only small circles can be stressed when pressing into the shaft, and only large circles can be stressed when pressing large circles. The assembly requires the use of air pressure or hydraulic pressure, and the upper and lower touch should be outside the horizontal state when pressed into the assembly. In the past, many manufacturers would think that the bearing is the problem, after our continuous publicity, now the motor factory has realized that it is mainly the problem of insulating paint. The problem is mainly due to the volatile acid from the insulating paint in a certain temperature and humidity to form corrosive substances, the high temperature bearing groove corrosion caused by bearing damage. The problem can only be solved by using good insulating varnish and assembling after a period of drying and ventilation.
